Further Progression

Future Academic and Professional Development

Master’s Degree and SQE Preparation

As part of my journey toward qualifying as a solicitor, I plan to pursue a master’s degree that integrates the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE). This comprehensive program will provide me with advanced legal knowledge while preparing me for both SQE1 and SQE2. This dual approach ensures that I not only meet the qualification requirements but also gain deeper insights into the complexities of legal practice.

Litigation Training Course

Upon completing my SQE and master’s degree, I intend to undertake the Litigation Training Course. This specialised training will enhance my practical skills in advocacy, case management, and court procedures, equipping me to handle complex disputes with confidence and competence.

Second Master’s Degree

My academic journey will not stop there. I plan to pursue an additional master’s degree tailored to the area of law I ultimately specialise in. Whether it’s corporate law, healthcare law, or another field, this program will deepen my expertise and position me as a leader in my chosen domain.

Commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD)

I am deeply committed to lifelong learning and staying at the forefront of legal development. My CPD plans include regularly attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance my skills and stay updated on evolving legal trends and best practices.

Higher Rights of Audience Training

As part of my dedication to making a difference, I plan to complete Higher Rights of Audience (HRA) courses. These courses will equip me with the knowledge and skills to effectively advocate for my future clients while providing a comprehensive service.

Vision for the Future

Through this structured and ambitious plan, I aim to not only qualify as a solicitor but also develop the expertise and practical skills needed to excel in my profession. My ultimate goal is to deliver exceptional legal services while contributing meaningfully to the advancement of justice and advocacy.
